Daily Eats – 6/9/11

Breakfast

Breakfast Sandwich
– 1 tbsp smoked salmon spread
– 2 eggs
– 1 roma tomato

Morning Snack

~1 tbsp Justin’s maple almond butter

Lunch

– Chicken wrap
– Tater chips (And I didn’t even eat them all!)
– Pickle

Dinner

Whole Foods Hot Bar Hodge Podge
– Salad: greens, red onion, bell peppers, peas, corn
– Ginger tofu
– Channa masala
– Mashed ‘taters
– Pilfered shrimpies from the ‘rents
– A few grains of rice in the process

I’m sorry, folks. I am so sleep-deprived and so anxious to hit the hay that I don’t want to even take the time to type out the calorie counts from today. But as you can see, I wasn’t half bad! I didn’t know we were going over to our parents’ house for dinner, so I got hot bar from Whole Foods while I was grocery shopping. Hehe, then we went over there so I took advantage and stole a few shrimp to toss into the mix. I also probably ended up eating the equivalent of a tablespoon of rice in the process.

  1. Where are you getting these great looking lunch foods?! The deli near my office building just got 6 critical food violations from the department of health, so I’m jealous.

    • Yeah, the deli is actually in my building! And it’s fab, they have really good food. Of course, it’s like 2837879478234 dollars every time I go, which you’d THINK would incentivize me to bring my lunch more often but…. hahaha.
