Open-faced egg sammy
– Whole wheat Thomas’ sandwich thin (100 cal)

– 1/4 cup steamed spinach (5 cal)
– 1 tbsp smoked salmon dip (45 cal)

1/2 cup broccoli (25 cal)

Total: 1,390 calories! But we’ll round up to 1,400 to be safe. πŸ™‚

Very happy and still very full, which is a good sign! Usually this would be kind of a low number but that 4-mile run had planned on going on with a running group didn’t end up happening due to the entire left side of my face being numb for 4 hours after my cavity filling. Way to overshoot the novocaine, doc!

    • I’m in definite love. Like an even-better Larabar but covered in chocolaaaaate!

  1. No pictures of you drooling from having your face numb?

Your dinner looks amazing. I love eggs for dinner.

    • HA! Luckily I did all my drooling in the dentist’s chair. πŸ˜›

  2. Great blog! I really enjoy reading!

  3. Oh goodness, all your eats look SO good and healthy. I think I’ll be taking inspiration from you in trying to eat a bit healthier again. πŸ™‚

    • It was great! I had tried another flavor at Fitbloggin – the pumpkin seed one — and it was only okay. But I think since this one was covered in chocolate it won me over automatically, haha.

  4. Those bars were great! I had the Mocha sample and loved it. It didn’t taste like plastic or dirt – which is a huge win. πŸ™‚
