Daily Eats – 5/16/11

So I did count calories today, but I imagine they are incredible inaccurate due to the fact that I didn’t eat all of my breakfast & lunch, and then ate extra of my dins (you’ll see why, haha.) So long story short, I’m not going to post actual calorie counts on here. But here’s a visual representation of today’s daily eats:

Breakfast

Yogurt Bowl
– 1 small container Fage 0% greek yogurt (plain)
– 1/4 cup Back to Nature granola
– 1 tbsp chia seeds
– 1 tbsp milled flaxseed
– A crapton of strawberries

I only ate less than half of this, since I wasn’t actually feeling too much of it, so then I caved and got a breakfast wrap from downstairs. Egg, cheese, tortilla. Oops. 🙁

    • Hey, that all sounds super delicious to me! I am sadly out of nut butters at the moment… but I took advantage of one of Kath (or someone’s) OpenSky deals and got THREE JARS of Justin’s nut butters. OMG I CAN’T WAIT.
