And… goodnight!

  1. I must try that salmon and egg burrito. Nom.

    • Soooooo delicious. I highly recommend. 🙂

    • I know, right? Small victories! 😀

  2. Hi there Gretchen…Quick question. Do you track calories in a program like Sparkpeople, just keep track of it on paper or memory? I am looking for ways to track and I am currently finding Sparkpeople helpful.

    • I use calorie-count.com via the app you can download for it on my phone. It has a lot of info that is easily searchable and also grades foods based on their nutritional profile, so the nerd in me thinks that’s cool, hahaha. There’s no way I’d be able to know it all from memory! I’ve heard good things about Sparkpeople, though, as well as Dailyburn! I say whatever works for you is the way to go 😀

      • Having an App would make it so much easier. I try to keep it in mind when I am out and enter it to my computer when I get home. I don’t always feel like typing it in to my phone. Thanks for the tip.
