Weigh-in #4

So in true Gretchen fashion, even though I recognized it was Monday yesterday, I forgot it was Monday-Monday and that I needed to weigh in! Oh well, so I got an extra day this week. Stepped on the scale this morning and…


Huzzah!!! So that’s a 3.8 lb loss from last week. Whoo-hoo! And I ate a lot this week and didn’t really work out that much, though I did walk five hundred miles (“and I would walk five hundred more…” anyone? anyone?) over the weekend. So that’s really exciting after a very small loss from last week to see almost 4 lbs drop off the week after. Though to be honest I would have probably been okay even if this week was a small loss, since if you read my previous post you know I was already elated to rediscover all my old pants that were too small for me before fit again (though hopefully I will have outgrown those soon too!) So in general, this has been a pretty good week.

More updates to come later, but just wanted to post my good news for the morning!


  1. YAY! that is a great way to start off the week! (yes because tuesday is the first work day it counts as the start of the week hehe) Congrats!!

  2. Congrats, that’s a big loss! I honestly don’t think I’ve ever lost more than three pounds in one week, except at the beginning.
