Oogh, full.

Just a quick post about my day, foodwise. Just finished up a Chipotle salad which was AMAZING although I was kind of bad and got sour cream. But I didn’t get rice, cheese, or the corn salsa so I think all in all it was still pretty good. Under 500 calories according to “Eat This, Not That” which puts it in the good range for my overall calorie consumption.

For lunch, I had some of my homemade chicken “salad” and a little mish-mash of fruits and veggies from the deli in my building. I know that the grilled eggplant and squash medly at the bottom are laden with oils and sodium, but they were DELICIOUS.

And since my chicken salad had only plain nonfat greek yogurt binding it together, it was quite nutritious and very low-fat as well.

Had to deal with some drama today regarding the car situation and whatnot, and some other stuff went down, so I decided that some pampering was necessary. Hence:

All in all, not a terrible day. Might have a smidgen of fro-yo or a few ounces of almond milk before I go to bed since I still have about 100 calories to waste. Yay! Hope everyone else has had a good day. Hopefully my car drama will subside soon so I can stop forcing my parents to drive me to / pick me up from work!

  2. We bought “Eat This, Not That,” read it, and then did nothing. Yay for you actually using that information to benefit you! I need to tell David we need to relook at the Chipotle advice and use it. He loves Chipotle!
