Weigh-in #2

This morning I stepped on the scale and saw 233.0! So, an additional 2.2 pounds lost from last week, which isn’t anything amazing but is definitely still good progress, and I know that they say 2 pounds a week is actually a pretty admirable pace (it still just pales in comparison to last time so it’s a little hard to be as excited – darn all that water weight ruining my expectations!!)

I’m hoping by next week to have broken the 220s! Thanks for all of your support everyone — slow and steady wins the race…

  3. I know how you feel. When I attended WW I lost like 6lbs the first week, then the second week I felt sad when I only dropped 3. But you are still losing, which is amazing and such an accomplishment. I also fell into a 1.5-2 pound loss after that for the rest of my membership. Don’t worry after another week or so those 2lbs will feel bigger. Keep up all the good work.

  4. If you can really get on a roll…just think what those two pounds off each week mean after a month or two months!! Go for it!! Keep up the great work!!
